ABOUT
About Growfinch
Growfinch is one console for every business you post for. Each business keeps its own accounts, rules, queue and approvals, and your AI tools can draft through the API and MCP, but only a person approves. Growfinch is run by Mendios Technologies (WebMobi).

What Growfinch is
Growfinch is a social publishing console for people who post for more than one business: agencies with many clients, and owners of several businesses. Each business in a workspace has its own connected accounts, publishing policy, queues, approvals and results, and its data is kept apart from the others’. For each business you decide whether posts wait for a person’s approval or publish automatically within rules you set.
Who makes Growfinch
Growfinch was founded by Sachin Anand. Sachin Anand has founded and scaled several startup businesses across different industries. LinkedIn
Growfinch is run by Mendios Technologies (WebMobi). The privacy notice and the terms of service name it as the operator. Its first business is GeoThen, a daily geography game also made by Mendios Technologies (WebMobi): Growfinch publishes GeoThen’s social posts.
What is built
What works today, in early access:
- Several businesses in one workspace, each with its own connected accounts, publishing policy, queues, approvals and results, kept apart in the database by row-level security.
- For each business, approval by a person or automatic publishing within rules you set. Where approval is required, no API key, MCP client, scheduled job or AI agent can schedule a post.
- Publishing through each platform’s official API: YouTube (Shorts), Instagram (Reels and images, professional accounts) and X (posts with media and a first reply). LinkedIn posts as a member come next.
- Weekly timetables (queues) per business: posts go in without a time and take the next free slot.
- Retries for a failed post, then an exception with the fix; “needs reauthorization” and Reconnect for an expired connection.
- Views, likes and comments for each published post (and shares where the platform gives them), read once a day from YouTube, Instagram and X.
- A REST API and an MCP server for AI assistants (21 tools, approval always refused), with keys scoped per business and signed webhooks.
- A kill switch that stops every external effect, and a record of who approved, changed or published what.
- Access tokens encrypted (AES-256-GCM) and never shown.
- No ads, and no analytics or advertising cookies.
How approval works: the approval workflow.
What is planned
Not built yet, and no dates set:
- Growfinch’s own AI agents, Scout, Writer, Outreach and Analyst, described on the home page.
- Members with roles per business, so a client or an assistant sees only their business.
- One-click approval of a week of queued posts.
- Daily and weekly email reports for each business.
- TikTok, Threads, Bluesky and LinkedIn company pages.
- Cost and return for each business.
