Terms of service

Early access

Growfinch is in early access, and sign-in is by invitation. Features may change, pause or stop, and we don’t promise any particular availability. Early access is free. If we introduce paid plans, we’ll tell you before any charge applies, and you can stop using Growfinch instead.

Your account

A sign-in code sent to your email opens your account, so keep that email account secure. You’re responsible for what happens under your account. Workspace owners decide who is a member and which businesses each member sees.

Your content

You keep all rights to what you add to Growfinch. You let us store, process and publish it only to provide Growfinch to you: to show it in your workspace and to send it to the platforms you choose. Make sure you have the rights to everything you publish.

Publishing and approval

For each business, you decide whether posts need a member’s approval or may publish automatically within rules you set. Before you approve, check what will be published, including anything Growfinch suggests, which can be wrong. You’re responsible for what your workspace publishes.

Platform rules

Growfinch publishes as your account, so each platform’s terms apply to what it publishes for you. By using Growfinch’s YouTube features, you agree to be bound by the YouTube Terms of Service. The rules of X, LinkedIn, Meta and Google also apply. We may pause publishing to a platform to keep your account within its rules.

Acceptable use

Don’t use Growfinch to:

• send spam or unsolicited bulk messages;
• publish unlawful, deceptive or infringing content;
• get around a platform’s limits or ours;
• reach data or workspaces that aren’t yours, or disrupt Growfinch.

Ending use

You can stop at any time and ask us to delete your workspace’s data. We may suspend access that breaks these terms or a platform’s rules. We may end early access with 30 days’ notice by email.

Disclaimers and liability

Growfinch is provided as it is, without warranties, as far as the law allows. We aren’t liable for indirect or consequential losses, lost profits, or what a platform does to your account. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the greater of what you paid us in the 12 months before the claim and 100 US dollars. Nothing in these terms limits liability the law doesn’t allow us to limit.

Changes

When we change these terms, we update the date at the top. For significant changes, we email members before they take effect.
