How it works

Scout searches public Bluesky posts from the last 7 days for your topics, drops replies to other people, duplicates, old posts and sensitive subjects, then judges up to 30 of the rest: is it a question, someone looking for a provider, a complaint, a discussion, or not for a business at all? The server ranks them and drafts a reply for the best three, and a second check drops any draft that reads like an advert.

  • It never posts, likes or follows: it has no account.
  • A post about grief, a medical emergency, politics or a joke is never shown with a reply.
  • The posts are shown, not stored; your business line and topics are sent to Claude (Anthropic) with the posts. See the privacy notice.
